Curtis Caton has 22 years experience with a variety of high density housing project types, including
affordable, market-rate, special needs and student housing. Curtis’ experience includes over 25
separate multi-family housing projects throughout the Bay Area. Currently he serves as Project
Principal for Fox Court Apartments a mixed-use, affordable housing development in downtown Oakland,
as well as, Seven Directions, a mixed use development for the Native American Health Center clinics
and low-income apartments by EBALDC. He has previously completed a number of studies and projects
for student housing at UC Berkeley, including the Ida L. Jackson Graduate House complex. Curtis
has expertise with housing developed to serve the needs of seniors, the disabled, persons with
chronic mental illness, and those living with AIDS/HIV. Curtis also works closely with the
Director of Operations and directs the management of Revit and AutoCADD and Information Systems.
