GREENING OUR PRACTICE LEED Accredited Staff: Associates Greta Cooney and Brianne Steinhauser and Designers Stephanie Osorio and Maryam Rostami are LEED Accredited Professionals. In addition, the entire staff has received a formal day-long training in the LEED rating system. GreenPoint Rated Accredited Staff: Principal Elizabeth Yost is a Certified GreenPoint Rater and Associate Theresa Dias is a Certified Green Building Professional. Memberships: US Green Building Council Sustainable Business Alliance Build It Green Green Affordable Housing Coalition Sustainable Practice Committee (SPC): Under the leadership of Principal Elizabeth Yost, Director of Pyatok’s Sustainable Practice Committee and a Certified GreenPoint Rater, the firm is developing sustainability measures and metrics uniquely suited to affordable high-density residential development.
