The Altenheim is an historic senior living facility dating back to the early 1900s. Pyatok Architects renovated the existing structures to accomodate 93 independent living apartments and designed three new residential buildings to provide 81 more apartments. All interior and exterior design focused on maintaining historical touches, including exposed beam ceilings and the foyer chandelier.
