Pyatok Architect, serving as the housing consultant to Design, Community and Environment of Berkeley, recently completed work on the California Avenue Neighborhood Plan. The Neighborhood Plan was awarded an Outstanding Planning/Neighborhood Planning award from the California Chapter of the American Planning Associate – Central Section.
