The California Avenue Neighborhood Plan, based on a series of three community workshops which encouraged community members to explore ideas and voice opinions, aims at improving the quality of life in this Fresno neighborhood. The Neighborhood Plan outlines land use recommendations and development guidelines, and illustrates conceptual site design solutions for a series of underdeveloped sites or sites in transition, based upon those recommendations and guidelines developed with the community’s input. Pyatok Architects served as an urban design and housing consultant to Design, Community and Environment of Berkeley. |
