A joint venture between the private sector and the National Housing Authority of the Philippines is planning a new mixed-income neighborhood, this new residential development located in Manila consists of five thousand for-sale units and a shopping center targeting a low income to middle income market. The new development to include its own police and fire stations and a private transit system of pedi-cads serving the residents. A new jeepney station, just outside the development, will serve both residents and the shoppers.
The development is located along the Pasig River that runs through the heart of Manila, and is immediately adjacent to the University of the Philippines campus.
