El Pueblo is a new mixed-income neighborhood consisting of 5,000 units, a shopping center, police and fire stations, and a private pedi-cab transit system. The project is a joint venture between the private sector and the National Housing Authority of the Philippines. The development is located along the Pasig River that runs through the heart of Manila and is immediately adjacent to the University of the Philippines campus. |
