This large, formerly industrial, building was converted into a 120,000 s.f. mixed-use complex with offices for software companies, artist live-work studios, a children's gymnasium, indoor rock climbing training facilities, and an indoor volleyball center. Grand public lobbies organize the different functions around naturally-lit interior 'courts'. The exterior landscape was upgraded to reflect the change in uses, removing former railroad spurs and replacing them with landscaped walks.
