The Interior of the blocks were designed for townhomes, some with granny flats and expandable attics. Six-story buildings faced the surrounding streets, with the first three floors designed for families in townhomes and the upper floors planned for childless households. This would allow the children easy access to the play courts and privacy for seniors singles.
