Harrison Street Housing provides 72 one-bedroom apartments; the typical one-bedroom apartment averages 540 sf and all will be both accessible and adaptable, with many “Aging in Place” features.
The facility will achieve the City of Oakland’s Multifamily GreenPoint rating at a high level, and will exceed Title 24 code requirements by 20%.
