International Boulevard Revitalization

Two non-profit corporations, working with the community, revitalized a heavily trafficked boulevard by introducing 54 units of affordable family housing with community facilities on three infill corner sites.

These projects (Curtis Jones Commons: 23 units, Deborah Muse Manor: 7 units and Chavez Commons: 24 units) present prominent, uplifting images conveying that the neighborhood is renewing itself.
