Pyatok Architects is currently working with the Ocean Avenue Collaborative, Westwood Park and Ingleside neighborhood groups in a community design process to develop a flagship mixed-use building on Ocean Avenue for Avalon Bay Communities. This project has included close collaboration with the planning department and the Mayor's Office to develop a design that addresses sensitive contextual issues while also setting a new standard for development of a specialty grocery store in a mixed use development. The project also includes coordination with Master EIR for the Balbao Park Station Plan.
