Percival Landing Area Housing Study
Olympia, Washington

This study was commissioned by the City of Olympia to help identify the type, size, density, and economic feasibility of housing or mixed use development on blocks influenced by a new waterfront park. The scope of work of this study included:

• Working with City staff and a stakeholder committee to identify a strategy to attract housing development to the area
• Identification of sites most likely to be or to become developable for market-rate housing
• Testing of development options
• Proposing development regulation changes
• Completion of an economic feasibility analysis for housing projects in the area
