Designed as townhomes above flats and parking, fifty family units are arranged in two separate and intimate courtyards so that families can get to know their neighbors. Three- and four-bedroom townhomes along the main front street are limited to two levels to reduce the appearance of density to the surrounding community. The buildings around the courtyards are three levels high with townhomes located above two-bedroom flats and parking. Each home has its own front and rear patios or porches. The community center, laundry, office and mail delivery comprise the 'village center', located in one central building shared by both courtyards.
