Pyatok Architects collaborated with the Fresno Housing Authority to create a community Master Plan for the Yosemite Village Public Housing site and surrounding neighborhood, leading a successful HUD Hope VI Program application for $20 million. The 250 arce project area included the redevelopment of California Boulevard as a major landscaped arterial, a new mixed use development around a village center, a new aquatic facility, the redevelopement of an existing city park, 250 units of mixed-income compact single-family homes, and a small scale infill development within the existing neighborhood.
