Pyatok Architects is an award-winning architectural and urban design firm with a staff of 25 that specializes in the design of vibrant, sustainable, and inclusive communities. Our range of projects includes affordable, market-rate, student and senior housing, and associated facilities including community centers, child care centers, and social service offices.
We are looking for a Designer with architectural design talent, a strong interest in building construction and codes, and excellent CAD simulation skills. Candidate must utilize Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe programs. Designers are expected to participate in community design meetings and collaborative team work and help assemble planning submittals, contract documents and marketing material.
Minimum Requirements: Professional Degree in Architecture, 2+ years of experience and experience using Revit. Previous experience with wood-frame construction and with housing design is highly desirable.
