| Altenheim Senior Housing, Oakland, CA The Altenheim is a former senior independent and assisted living facility in the City of Oakland’s Dimond/Glenview district. The project will create new affordable, independent senior rental housing units on this site. In Phase 1, the existing structures will be renovated, and existing rooms combined to create 93 new, complete apartments with kitchenettes. In Phase 2, 83 apartments in three new residential structures will be developed on-site. There will be extensive common use areas in the historic buildings, including a 4600 square foot multipurpose room with exposed heavy timber trusses, a small library/computer room, a spacious lobby and several sitting rooms, and the extensive existing gardens will be available for use by the tenants. |

901 Jefferson, Oakland, CA Located in the revitalized Old Oakland Neighborhood and immediately adjacent to the recently refurbished Lafayette Square, 901 Jefferson is a contemporary style urban development consisting of 75 entry-level for-sale condominium units. This project will include ground floor live/work style lofts, a corner commercial space for cafe or other community-serving retail space and will have a landscaped courtyard at the upper level. Additional unit types will include one-plus units and two bedroom-two bath units. Parking will be provided by hydraulic parking stackers. |
