Work has wrapped up at Mahonia Glen, 99 new, affordable family and farmworker homes in Santa Rosa!

Sited on 4.75 acres between Highway 12 and Austin Creek and across the street from St Francis Shopping Center, Mahonia Glen balances abundant natural features with walkability and transit access. Eight three-story walkup buildings set townhomes above flats, all organized around a verdant swale, single-story community building, and a grassy commons. Each building’s robust PV array will contribute to sustaining the project’s #NetZero energy performance (TBC later this year).
