A developer team including PYATOK, HEWITT Architects and the Low Income Housing Institute (LIHI) has been selected by the City of Seattle and Sound Transit to design and build Seattle’s tallest mass timber building for affordable housing. Located in the University District at 45th and Roosevelt, “Timber45” will deliver a 12-story project including 160 affordable homes and an Urban Rest Stop (offering public restrooms and hygiene facilities) near the U District Link light rail station.

The selection was announced in April and we are looking forward to kicking the project off in the coming weeks!
