PYATOK is joining East Bay Housing Organizations and other California pro-housing groups to support voting YES on State Proposition 5 this election cycle.

Prop 5 would lower the passage threshold for affordable housing and infrastructure bond measures from 2/3 majority (66.67%) to 55%. Prop 5 places more agency with the electorate to fund improvements to their communities and create much-needed homes for low- and middle-income Californians.
