Bob is a detail-oriented architect with more than 30 years of experience in the design, production, and construction of a wide variety of projects ranging from retail, commercial interiors, and schools to large-scale affordable and market-rate multifamily housing. Bob brings a passion for the building process to his roles as technical architect and senior construction administration manager. He also performs quality management of documents leading from design and production through construction and close-out.

Bob joined PYATOK in 2020. Recently completed projects include 100 Grand in Foster City, the award-winning 888 San Mateo in San Mateo, and 289 units at Emeryville Public Market Parcels C and D. He is currently supporting the development and construction of several hundred housing units throughout the Bay Area.

Bob is a graduate of UC Berkeley’s College of Environmental Design, and is a licensed architect in the State of California. Outside of work, Bob is an ardent fan of Cal football, a gardener, and a restorer of classic cars – especially 1970s Japanese cars.
