Reagan's interests in design range from the abstract and theoretical to the human and joyful, and include practical social, cultural, and environmental concerns, and the stories that weave these attributes into the built environment. Before PYATOK, Reagan held positions as a designer at UIC – a design-build conglomerate in St. Louis – and at Brooklyn-based landscape architecture firm Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates.

Reagan earned her Masters of Architecture from UC Berkeley – where she received the Sooky Lee Prize for Housing & Social Architecture, the Eisner Prize in Architecture, and the Ciampi Art in Architecture Award – and a BA in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis. Out of the office, Reagan can be found co-leading a design/build collective completing small projects that promote more equitable public spaces.
