A California-registered architect, Erica originally came to the Bay Area for healthcare design. She has worked on projects ranging in size from 12,000 to 1 million square feet, and believes that design, when done well, is an invisible force that makes life easier. Erica pays special attention to accessibility, inspired in part by a temporarily incapacitating injury. She’s excited to now apply her experience to develop much-needed housing across California.

Erica hails from Lawrence, Kansas, where she earned an M. Arch from KU and held her first job at her father’s architecture office. These days, her extracurriculars include volunteering for Rebuilding Together San Francisco - improving accessible living conditions across the city - and for the East Bay Parks and Recreation Department.
