Part of Balboa Reservoir’s first phase of construction, Blocks C and D will frame a gateway to the new 17-acre, 1,100-unit community. The two buildings will be stylistic reflections of one another while contributing to a cohesive residential campus. Both buildings include 100+ market-rate residences and shared spaces with strong indoor-outdoor connections and abundant natural light. Their forms, shaped by site geometries, will incorporate intimate courtyards, balcony-perforated exterior walls, and natural finishes. Amenities are split between the buildings, with Block D including a work lounge and fitness room among its ground-floor apartments, and Block C a top-floor lounge and outdoor terrace. A below-grade parking structure spans both parcels and includes vehicular and bicycle parking and EV charging stations.
Blocks C and D will flank Brighton Paeso that connects the four-acre Reservoir Park to the Ocean Avenue commercial corridor.
