Winchester TOD is a mixed-use development located at the VTA transit center along Winchester Boulevard in Campbell, a suburb of San Jose. The 1.6-acre project site will incorporate a six-story affordable housing project with an improved transit plaza, bus stops, and commuter parking. The project’s two-story concrete podium will acommodate 50 parking spaces for commuters, plus a resident lobby, leasing office, service spaces, and bike room, with resident parking on the second podium level. The upper four stories will acommodate 90 affordable homes for families arranged around a landscaped courtyard. A community room, laundry, and residential services offices will adjoin the courtyard to create a residential amenities hub.

The project has been developed inclusive of community input and in collaboration with the City of Campbell, the Valley Transit Authority, developer Related California, and services provider PATH Ventures.
