Strategically located a half block from Phoenix’s new light rail line and directly across the street from the main public high school, Devine Legacy is an 80/20 mixed income development of townhomes and flats organized around a shaded central courtyard. The 4-story-high opening to the central court faces east, honoring the Native American tradition of facing a home’s entry toward the rising sun. Units are well protected from the desert sun with sunscreens on the exterior and a narrow, shady courtyard on the interior.
