Last week, the Santa Clara Valley Transit Authority unveiled the ambitious Winchester Station TOD project, which will add 90 affordable homes, amenities, services offices, and resident parking to a 1.55-acre Park & Ride lot in Campbell - while also preserving commuter parking and improving the transit plaza.

We’re very excited about this project, a collaboration with developer Related California and services provider PATH Ventures, and are expecting to enter construction on it next year!
