Yesterday in Palo Alto, a gathering of residents, project collaborators, and public officials celebrated the opening of Wilton Court Apartments and its 59 new supportive, affordable homes. This is a significant milestone for both Palo Alto and nonprofit developer Alta Housing, ushering in a new era of affordable housing construction in the city, which had historically put up resistance.
